Superhero
Superhero stories keep coming back to the gap between the mask and the person under it, and to the cost of being the one who shows up when things go wrong. Most of them are secretly about responsibility: what you owe the city, the stranger, the kid next door, and what it does to you to keep paying. Expect big set-piece fights, but also a lot of quiet nights spent deciding whether to keep going.
