Beavis and Butt-Head
Two teenage boys sit on a couch, watch TV, and comment on it — that's the entire premise, and it never runs out of gas. Beavis and Butt-Head are gloriously, aggressively stupid, landing somewhere between sly media satire and just delighting in dumb noises. Fifteen minutes an episode, endlessly rewatchable, funniest when you're twelve or willing to act like it.

But The jokes are gentler and more reference-heavy, and the low-budget sci-fi frame takes some getting used to.
