A CBS multicamera sitcom about a cop and a schoolteacher who meet at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and fall in love despite (and partly because of) their shared struggle with weight and self-image. It's broad, warm, laugh-track comedy — gentle jokes, big hearts, low stakes. Comfort viewing for people who like their romance uncomplicated and their sitcoms traditional.

But No jokes, no laugh track, no comfort — it's quiet, black-and-white, and interested in loneliness rather than punchlines.
