Tatara

Tatara appears as one of Aogiri Tree's inner circle, a masked ghoul who deals in strategy rather than spectacle. He rarely raises his voice or his hand, preferring to observe, calculate, and direct the chaos around him from a careful distance, giving away nothing about what he actually wants.

Koji Yusa plays him with a flat, unhurried calm that never cracks, which is precisely what makes him unnerving in a story full of screaming and violence. The writing withholds his motives so completely that his composure starts to feel like the most dangerous thing in the room.
