Talia Winters

Talia Winters arrives on Babylon 5 as its resident commercial telepath, a Psi Corps professional sent to handle contract scans, business disputes, and the occasional criminal case. She is composed, correct, and careful about the gloves and the rules that keep her powers within bounds — a company woman who genuinely believes the Corps protects people like her.

Andrea Thompson plays her with a controlled stillness that makes every crack in that composure land hard. The show uses her Psi Corps loyalty as an open question rather than a flaw, and her prickly early scenes with Ivanova generate real friction — two guarded women slowly, reluctantly finding out they might actually like each other.
