Sondra Huxtable Tibideaux

Sondra is the eldest Huxtable child, a Princeton graduate figuring out what comes after the achievement her family expected of her. She's poised and a little self-serious, used to being held up as the family's success story, and now navigating her own relationship and adult identity while still very much orbiting her parents' house and opinions.

The show gets easy comedy from the gap between Sondra's polished credentials and how unfinished her actual adulthood is, and Le Beauf plays that gap with warmth rather than mockery. She's believable as a big sister — a little bossy, a little anxious to prove she's launched — which makes her relatable instead of merely impressive.
