Shuu Tsukiyama

Shuu Tsukiyama is a ghoul of considerable wealth and cultivated taste, known among his kind as the Gourmet for his obsession with savoring only the finest, rarest human prey. Elegant, theatrical, and unnervingly charming, he treats killing as connoisseurship, and his interest quickly fixes on Kaneki as something unusually delicious and worth collecting.

Miyano plays him like an actor who's forgotten there's an audience, all purring vowels and operatic flourish, so the horror underneath his manners lands harder for being delivered with a smile. The writing lets his refinement and his appetite be the same thing, and that unresolved tension is what makes him so watchable.
