Salvor Hardin

Salvor Hardin is the Warden of Terminus, the frontier settlement where Hari Seldon's exiled scholars have built their colony. Decades after the founding generation died out, she polices a population that barely remembers why they're there. Sharp, restless and instinctively suspicious of authority, she trusts her own gut over doctrine — and her gut is rarely wrong.

The show gives Hardin an almost supernatural knack for reading danger before anyone else does, and Leah Harvey plays that gift as a burden rather than a party trick — coiled, watchful, permanently bracing for a threat nobody else can see. It's a performance built on stillness and suspicion, which makes her rare moments of certainty land like a gut-punch.
