Roger Wade sits above Holden and Bill in the academic hierarchy at Quantico, the administrator whose approval keeps the Behavioral Science Unit funded and respectable. He is the institution made flesh, and the show is smart enough not to make him a villain for it — just a man doing his job while two of his subordinates edge into ethically murky territory. Kudisch plays him with a dry, exacting formality that turns every meeting into a quiet test of nerve.
