Prairie Johnson

Prairie Johnson comes home after seven years missing—presumed dead, adopted, once blind, and now somehow sighted. She won't tell the FBI or her bewildered parents where she's been. Instead she gathers a handful of strangers, a bullied teenager and a group of restless local men, insisting she has a story to tell them, in pieces, at night.
