Number Four

Number Four appears as Simon, a mild-mannered doctor who turns up in ordinary corners of colonial life—competent, soft-spoken, easy to trust. He listens well, tends to the sick and injured without fuss, and seems entirely unremarkable, which is precisely the point of a Cylon built to pass.

Rick Worthy plays the model's quiet decency completely straight, giving Battlestar Galactica one of its calmest performances in a show built on paranoia. That stillness is the trick: you believe the bedside manner before you remember what it's hiding, and the show gets its tension from how easily you forget.
