Millicent Huxtable

Millicent arrives at Clothes Over Bros as Brooke Davis's newest intern, all nerves and no spine, flinching at every sharp word from her boss. She wants to prove herself in the fashion world but starts out apologizing for taking up space, letting people walk over her without complaint.

The show uses her as a mirror for Brooke's own growth, tasking her most demanding character with toughening up someone genuinely meek, and the mismatch is funny without being cruel. Lisa Goldstein Kirsch plays the timidity so precisely that every small assertion Millicent musters feels like a real victory worth cheering.
