Miguel McKelvey is Adam Neumann's co-founder at WeWork, the calmer half of the partnership. He handles design and culture while Adam handles vision and charisma, content to work in the background. Grounded and loyal, he believes in the mission even as he watches it grow bigger than either of them planned.

Kyle Marvin plays him as the necessary counterweight to Jared Leto's live-wire Adam — steady where his partner is manic, sincere where the pitch gets slippery. The show uses him as a kind of moral thermometer for the company, and Marvin's understatement makes his growing unease register without a single raised voice.
