Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a quiet, watchful teenager on the West Baltimore corners, more interested in looking after his younger brother than in falling in with the older dealers circling him. He keeps adults at a careful distance, handles himself well in a fight, and clearly wants no favors he can't repay on his own terms.

The show gives him almost no exposition — just posture, silence, and the occasional flash of unwilling trust — and Mack Wilds plays every guarded beat of it true, letting you read the calculation behind his stillness. He becomes the season's quiet center of gravity precisely because he asks for so little and reveals even less.
