Marcille Donato

Marcille is an elven mage traveling with a small dungeon-delving party, prickly and prim about proper magical technique. She is horrified when her companions decide the only way to keep exploring is to cook and eat the monsters they encounter, and her disgust at every meal is immediate, vocal, and rarely overridden by hunger.

She is the audience's squeamishness given a wand and a temper, which makes her the funniest possible lens for a show built on eating gelatinous cubes and giant scorpions. Sayaka Senbongi plays her fussiness with real bite rather than blandness, so her scholarly pride and her genuine loyalty to the party read as two sides of the same stubborn conviction.
