Magnifico Giganticus

Magnifico Giganticus turns up among the exiles on Terminus as a strange, self-styled performer — small, hairless, given to grand pronouncements that outsize his ragged circumstances. He claims mystical insight and theatrical purpose, and no one is quite sure whether to laugh at him or watch him carefully. He wants to be taken seriously.

Tómas Lemarquis brings his unmistakable physical presence — that bald, angular stillness — to a character built entirely on mismatch between grandeur and appearance. The writing keeps him just off comic relief, letting his oddness carry a flicker of menace or meaning underneath, so the show gets you laughing before you're sure you should be.
