She's relentlessly cheerful and precise, incapable of lying, and utterly unbothered by insults, greeting every demand with the same bright, helpful smile.

Carden performs an impossible tightrope: total emotional blankness that still reads as a personality, all bright vowels and helpful stillness. The writing keeps escalating what Janet actually is, and Carden meets every escalation by recalibrating her voice and posture just slightly, making a walking encyclopedia feel like the show's warmest, funniest surprise.
