Nina Kronjäger plays her with an eerie stillness that fits Dark's puzzle-box structure perfectly: every glance suggests foreknowledge without confirming it. The character works because the show trusts silence over exposition, letting her ambiguous authority accumulate meaning long before viewers can place who she really is.
