Dr. Wendy Carr

Dr. Wendy Carr is an academic psychologist recruited into the FBI's fledgling Behavioral Science Unit, brought in to give Holden and Bill's prison interviews some scholarly rigor. Precise, guarded, and quietly amused by the bureau's chaos, she wants the work done properly—data organized, methodology sound—even as the men around her chase instinct.

Anna Torv plays her with a stillness that reads as intelligence rather than coldness, letting small shifts in posture or a dry aside carry entire arguments about method and power.
