Detective Molina

Detective Molina is local law enforcement drawn into an investigation alongside the FBI's Behavioral Science Unit. He's a working cop with his own methods and his own territory, wary of academic theories from Quantico men who haven't walked his beat. He wants the case solved his way, and he isn't shy about saying so.

Felix Solis gives Molina the flat, unimpressed authority of a man who has heard every outside expert's pitch before and doesn't much care for this one. The friction he creates with Holden and Bill isn't cartoonish obstruction — it's institutional turf and professional pride rendered with real weight, which is what makes the eventual thaw or standoff between them feel earned rather than scripted.
