Coach Singh runs PE and, more importantly, the after-school activities club at Truham/Higgs, keeping a watchful, wry eye on the students who drift through her classroom looking for somewhere safe to land. She's brisk, funny, and unfussed by teenage drama, treating the kids under her care with dry humour and genuine, unshowy support.

She's the rare adult in a teen show who feels like an actual person rather than an obstacle or a lecture-deliverer. Chetna Pandya plays her with deadpan comic timing that never curdles into mockery, so when she offers a kid a moment of real kindness it lands without sentimentality. A small role made memorable by precision.
