Project A-Ko

• Action
• Light-hearted

A gloriously unhinged 1986 OVA that plays superhero action comedy at absolute maximum velocity. Two girls with impossible strength tear through high school while an alien invasion lurks in the background, all rendered in sumptuous hand-drawn animation that prioritizes sheer fun over coherence. For anyone who wants their sci-fi cartoons loud, weird, and absolutely committed to the bit.
