Yuta Okkotsu

Yuta Okkotsu enters as a trembling, tear-streaked teenager who can barely speak to his classmates, convinced he's a danger to everyone around him. He's haunted, literally, by the vengeful spirit of a girl who loved him, and he arrives at Jujutsu High hoping less to become powerful than to finally be forgiven.

The premise flips the usual shonen arc: his curse isn't a monster to slay but grief made manifest, and his growth is learning to accept being loved rather than earning strength. Megumi Ogata plays the early stammering fragility so convincingly that his quiet, steadying moments of resolve land like small earthquakes.
