Yoshinobu Gakuganji

Gakuganji is the elderly principal of Kyoto Jujutsu High, a gruff traditionalist with a booming voice and a temper to match. He presides over the goodwill event between the two schools with visible impatience for Tokyo's students, favoring discipline and hierarchy over sentiment, and making no secret of his low opinion of outsiders.

Mugihito gives him a growl that turns comic the instant it's undercut, and the writing leans into that: a fearsome old authority figure whose bluster keeps collapsing into something more exasperated and human. He's a small dose of levity amid the series' violence, without ever feeling like a throwaway joke.
