Ygritte

Ygritte is a spearwife of the free folk, captured alongside Jon Snow beyond the Wall. She's sharp-tongued, fiercely proud of her people's freedom, and unbothered by Southern manners or hierarchy. She teases Jon relentlessly for his ignorance of the world beyond the Wall, delighting in reminding him that he knows nothing.

Rose Leslie plays her with a mix of mischief and steel, never letting the romance soften her convictions. The writing resists making her a mere love interest — she has her own politics, her own loyalties, and a genuine belief in the wildlings' way of life that she never abandons for Jon's world.
