Waltazar

Waltazar turns up as one of the many one-off aliens and oddities populating the Futurama universe, dropped into a scene with the confident weirdness the show trades in. He speaks with theatrical certainty, treats the absurd as ordinary, and vanishes into the background of Planet Express's chaotic universe as quickly as he arrived.

Maurice LaMarche built a career supplying huge, theatrical voices to Futurama's endless parade of minor grotesques, and Waltazar is a fine example of that craft: a small role given outsized commitment, delivered with the kind of vocal relish that makes even a blink-and-miss-it character feel fully inhabited.
