Vampire Mayor

He holds civic office in some corner of the Futurama universe while also, unmistakably, being a vampire — cape, fangs, and all the pomp of small-town political theater layered over gothic horror-movie trappings. He speaks with the blustery confidence of any local official, seemingly unbothered by the obvious tension between his job and his nature.

The joke is entirely in the collision: bureaucratic self-importance stapled onto vampire iconography, played completely straight. Maurice LaMarche, a voice actor built for grandiose parody, gives him the fruity, self-satisfied cadence of a ribbon-cutting politician, which makes the absurd premise funnier by refusing to acknowledge it's absurd at all.
