Valene Ewing

Valene Ewing (nee Clements; formerly Gibson and Waleska) is one of the principal protagonists on CBS' Knots Landing. Originating the role on a guest stint on sister show Dallas in 1978, Joan Van Ark would go on to portray the character in a series regular capacity for thirteen seasons. She would return for the series finale in 1993, as well as the reunion mini-series Back to the Cul-de-Sac in 1997.
