Treedledum

Treedledum is one half of a pair of small, near-identical alien television executives who turn up whenever Futurama pokes fun at the entertainment industry. He speaks in blunt, corporate certainties, greenlighting or killing ideas without much thought, and treats every pitch as a number rather than an idea.

Billy West gives him a flat, unbothered delivery that lands the joke better than the visual gag of a tiny green alien in a suit ever could. He's used sparingly, which keeps the satire of soulless network thinking sharp rather than worn out, and his interchangeability with his partner is the whole point.
