Tommy Miller

Tommy is Joel's younger brother, the one who still believes in something after the world ended. Where Joel has hardened into pure survival, Tommy has drifted toward causes and community, joining the Fireflies before eventually settling elsewhere. He's warmer than his brother, quicker to trust, and carries an old, complicated loyalty to him.

Gabriel Luna plays Tommy as the softer counterweight to Joel without ever making him naive — you can see two men shaped by the same loss choosing different ways to keep living. The brotherly friction feels lived-in rather than expository, full of unspoken history, and Luna lets warmth and hurt sit side by side in the same scene.
