Tress MacNeille brings her gift for vocal grandeur to the role, layering haughty diction over the character's brief but memorable screen time. Futurama's writers love skewering authority, and a queen who takes herself this seriously in a universe this absurd is exactly the kind of small, sharp joke the show does best.
