Ten turns up as one of the countless faces populating the future New New York of Futurama, part of the show's crowded, joke-dense universe rather than a driver of the plot. Little is made of introductions here — the character exists to fill out a scene, deliver a line, and vanish back into the background noise of the 31st century.

What makes even a passing figure like this land is Billy West's sheer vocal range — the same actor behind Fry, Farnsworth, and Zoidberg, slipping into another register without breaking stride. Futurama's gag density means minor characters get one good beat to earn their laugh, and West's elasticity is what makes that beat work.
