Teller

Teller shows up in Futurama as half of the magic duo Penn & Teller, brought into the crew's latest scheme with his trademark silence intact. He communicates through gesture and expression, letting Penn do the talking, and carries himself with the same deadpan, unnervingly calm menace he has on stage.

The joke is structural: a famously mute performer gets animated into a talking cartoon and still refuses to speak, which the show plays completely straight. Tress MacNeille supplies only the rare grunt or reaction sound, and that restraint is funnier than any line could be — a sight gag built entirely out of withholding.
