Taylor Mason

Taylor Mason arrives at Axe Capital as a summer intern nobody expects much from, and immediately proves the smartest person in the room. Calm, precise, and unbothered by the trading floor's swagger, they introduce themselves plainly: "I'm non-binary... my pronouns are they, theirs, and them." Bobby Axelrod notices fast.

Dillon plays Taylor with a stillness that reads as confidence rather than coldness, letting the character's intelligence do all the disruption instead of any performed quirkiness. The writing trusts Taylor to be genuinely good at the job before it's interested in anything else about them, which is exactly why the introduction landed as more than a milestone.
