Tamar Kir-Bataar

Tamar is a Heartrender and one of Kaz Brekker's most capable operatives in the Ketterdam underworld, a Suli fighter who moves through the Dregs' crew with cool, economical menace. She is loyal to her own code first, watchful of everyone else's angles, and lethal enough that she rarely needs to raise her voice to be obeyed.

Anna Leong Brophy plays her with a stillness that reads as competence rather than coldness — every glance is doing tactical work. The show gives her little exposition, but her control of a room, and her quiet, unshowy devotion to the people she's chosen, tells you everything about who she is without a single monologue.
