Sylvia Sherwood

Sylvia Sherwood runs Garden, the shadowy assassins' organization that employs Yor Forger as the Thorn Princess. She appears mostly in silhouette, issuing orders with cool authority and little warmth, treating her operatives as instruments of a larger, unexplained purpose. Precise, unreadable, and clearly used to being obeyed without question.

Kaida's voice does the heavy lifting here — measured, unhurried, faintly amused at how little she needs to raise it. The show keeps her literally in shadow, and that visual restraint pays off: every scene she's in feels like a glimpse of a much larger machine operating just out of frame, which makes the domestic comedy around her feel pleasantly precarious.
