Stosh "Piz" Piznarski

Piz turns up in Veronica's college years as her radio station colleague and eventual roommate at Hearst — a genial, easygoing guy with a low-key crush he's too decent to push. He's warm where Veronica is guarded, funny in a gentle way, and seems to have wandered in from a much less complicated show.

He works precisely because he's not Logan or Duncan — no smolder, no drama, just a sweet, steady presence who likes Veronica for uncomplicated reasons. Chris Lowell plays him with such easy, unforced charm that he becomes a genuine question mark in the love-triangle math rather than a foregone conclusion.
