Stiletto

Stiletto slinks into Danger Mouse's world as a smooth, sinister operator with a mobster's swagger and an Italian-flavoured menace to match his name. He deals in threats delivered with a smile, treating villainy as a matter of style as much as substance, and clearly enjoys being the most dangerous-looking thing in the room.

The joke is in the contrast: a children's cartoon villain talking like he wandered out of a gangster picture, all silky menace and theatrical cool. Brian Trueman's vocal performance leans into that incongruity, making Stiletto memorable less for what he does than for how outrageously he sounds doing it.
