Solo Grunka Lunka #2

A Grunka Lunka appears as part of Futurama's send-up of the Willy Wonka mythos, one of the small orange workers marching in formation and singing moralizing little songs about whatever mishap has just occurred. This one gets a name and a line, but stays firmly a background gag rather than a character with his own agenda.

The joke is the flatness: a real chocolate-factory parody delivered totally straight, with John DiMaggio giving the Grunka Lunka the same deadpan sing-song commitment he brings to a dozen other one-off Futurama voices. It's a blink-and-you'll-miss-it bit that works precisely because nobody involved acts like it's a bit.
