Seth Milchick

Milchick is the floor manager of Lumon's severed employees, delivering praise, discipline, and strange corporate rituals with equal warmth. He wants the department running smoothly and its workers content within their tiny world, and he genuinely seems to believe in the mission he's enforcing. Polished, upbeat, watchful — a company man through and through.

Tillman plays the smiling menace so precisely — his enthusiasm never breaks, which is what makes it unsettling. The writing hands him corporate jargon so absurd it's funny, and he sells every word with total sincerity, so you're never sure if he's a true believer, a performer, or something else entirely. That ambiguity is the fun.
