Senzaemon Nakiri

Senzaemon Nakiri (薙 (な) 切 (きり) 仙 (せん) 左 (ざ) 衛 (え) 門 (もん) , Nakiri Senzaemon) is a highly respected culinary expert in the world. He was the Director of Tōtsuki Culinary Academy until he was usurped of the position by his son-in-law, Azami Nakiri until his defeat. He later appointed his granddaughter, Erina Nakiri as the new Director under the suggestion of Sōma Yukihira.
