Sebastien Raine

Sebastien Raine arrives in Schitt's Creek as a jolt from David's old life in New York — a fashion photographer, effortlessly cool, and openly unimpressed by the motel-town existence David now leads. He is charming in the way people who know it are charming, needling David with casual condescension while acting as though he's doing everyone a favor by showing up.

Arnaud plays him with a cool, amused detachment that makes David's old anxieties visibly resurface — the character exists mainly to show how far David has (and hasn't) come. It's a tight, purposeful cameo: a single guest turn that reframes the hero by contrast rather than through any development of its own.
