Scott Malkinson

Scott Malkinson is a character introduced in the episode "Elementary School Musical". He is one of the most unpopular kids who has a lisp and diabetes, which the other kids make fun of him for. According to "Basic Cable", his diabetes type is Type I. He often gets bullied and ridiculed in school because of his lateral lisp and because he has diabetes.
