Scar

Scar is a towering, scarred drifter in a hooded cloak who stalks State Alchemists through Amestris, killing them one by one with a touch of his tattooed right arm. He speaks rarely and moves with grim purpose, carrying the weight of a massacre visited on his people and a fury that reads as righteous rather than random.

He could easily be a slasher-movie boogeyman, but the writing insists on his grievance being real and the country's guilt being real too, so every kill lands as argument as well as violence. Kenta Miyake gives him a low, deliberate register that turns silence into threat and, later, into something closer to conscience.
