Ronnie Lee

Ronnie works for the town of Schitt's Creek and has known Roland Schitt since childhood, which has left her with zero patience for his nonsense. She's dry, no-nonsense, and openly skeptical of the Rose family's arrival, treating their misfortune with the flat amusement of someone who's seen this town survive worse.

Karen Robinson does so much with so little screen time — a raised eyebrow, a bone-dry line reading, a pause that says everything about her history with Roland. Ronnie never needs a big scene to register; she's the show's built-in reality check, and Robinson makes withering economy look effortless.
