Roddy Llewellyn

A young landscape gardener drifting through 1970s London society, Roddy is younger than most of the circles he moves in and easier with himself than his surroundings might suggest. He's charming without trying too hard, drawn into Princess Margaret's orbit almost by accident, curious about her rather than dazzled.

Treadaway plays him with an appealing lightness — no calculation, no visible agenda, just a young man who seems genuinely relaxed in the presence of someone the whole world treats as untouchable. That ease becomes the point: he's interesting precisely because he doesn't perform for the monarchy the way everyone else on screen does.
