Robotic Policeman

A patrol officer of the New New York police force, this robot enforces the law with mechanical literalism and zero patience for excuses. He appears whenever the plot needs someone to hand out a ticket, make an arrest, or shoot first, treating every infraction—jaywalking, littering, existing near a crime—with the same flat, humorless authority.

He's a one-note joke played with total commitment: petty tyranny rendered in monotone robot voice, funniest for how casually he escalates from citation to violence. Phil LaMarr never winks at the absurdity, which is exactly why it lands—he plays every threat and non-sequitur bust with the same bored, procedural calm.
