Robot Crowd

Robot Crowd isn't one bot but many — the nameless mechanical extras filling New New York's streets, bars, and riots. They grumble, cheer, heckle, and occasionally riot on cue, existing to make the crowd scenes feel alive without ever stepping forward to claim a name or a plotline of their own.

It's a credit that's funny just by existing — an entire faceless multitude collapsed into one performer's lungs. Maurice LaMarche throws different gruff, nasal, blustery textures into each anonymous robot, giving the background a chaotic personality of its own. The joke is the credit itself: infinite robots, one exhausted voice actor.
