Robot Chef

Robot Chef is exactly what the name promises: a mechanical cook turning out food in Futurama's world of sentient machines, going about his kitchen work with the blunt, no-nonsense manner common to the show's robot population. He wants orders filled and dishes done, nothing more.

John DiMaggio's growl gives even a one-scene kitchen bot the same gruff comic texture he brings to Bender, so a throwaway appliance lands a laugh purely on delivery. It's a small proof of how densely Futurama seeds its background with fully voiced, fully opinionated machinery.
