Robo-Leela

Robo-Leela looks and moves like Leela but isn't quite her — a mechanical stand-in whose voice and mannerisms are close enough to unsettle everyone who knows the real one. She goes about her business with the same brisk competence, oblivious to how wrong she seems to the humans around her.

The joke lives entirely in the uncanny valley between original and copy, and Katey Sagal doing double duty as both makes it land: she has to play a version of her own character slightly off-key, which is a neat bit of vocal craft that turns a simple robot gag into something stranger and funnier.
